Summer Discovery Days
Join us at The Woods Private School Summer Discovery Day program as we discover the location of the tallest mountain in the world, dance through the streets of a South American Country, taste the food of different continents, and build the pyramids in Egypt.
We will explore the wonders of the seven continents and learn some interesting facts as we travel with John Willy and Freddy McGee as our guides. The children will enjoy painting, drawing, and collages to foster imagination and creativity.
The Discovery Day Program is a flexible program designed to give your child an enjoyable and safe place to meet with friends during the summer. Included in our program are literature, social sciences, math, music and movement, and Hands on Discovery.
Our program is available to students currently enrolled at The Woods, neighbors, and friends. Explorers ages 3-8 are welcome to attend!
