Summer Discovery Days 2010

Travel through time with John Willy and Freddy McGee at The Woods Private School Discovery Day Program from June 7-July 30, 2010.

   Join us at The Woods Private School Summer Discovery Day program as we....

• walk through the age of dinosaurs
• ride the range with cowboys
• travel to distant planets
• explore the inventions of Henry Ford, Wilbur Wright, and Casey Jones

     The Discovery Day Program is a flexible program designed to give your child an enjoyable and safe place to meet with friends during the summer. Included in our program are literature, social sciences, math, music and movement, and hands-on discovery. The children will enjoy painting, drawing, collages to foster creativity. A wide assortment of mediums and colorful materials will be provided for the student to create treasureable items. Our program is available to students currently enrolled at The Woods, neighbors, and friends. **Explorers ages 2-8 are welcome to attend.

**Two-year old children may attend Summer Discovery Days only if enrolled in our school for the 2010-11 school year.

Preschool and Elementary Program: 9:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. @ $28.00 dollars per day; extended hours available from 7:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. for $6.00 per hour.
